This link will display the contents of the Evaluation file. From the file menu select "Save As" and save the file to your computer as a .txt file. Start Excel and use it to open the file you saved (the file type is Text). In the dialogue box select the "delimited" radio button and click on "Next". In the box labeled "Other" enter a "|" (above enter key-upper case) then click on "Finish". Place the cursor in cell 4A and from the "Data" menu select Filter/Auto Filter. From the drop down list at cell 4A, select the particular Event ID you want to display the data for. You can use the "COUNTIF" function to have Excel count the number of evaluations for a particular Event ID. You may have to adjust the column widths and should save the file as an Excel file.
